Night owls rejoice! Tairāwhiti Social Crafters: Night Owls is at HB Williams Library. It's an unstaffed event where you can bring your own DIY craft projects to work on in a casual setting with other like-minded crafters.
Quiet and portable crafts could include anything from art, beading crochet, cross stitch, digital art, embroidery, miniature-painting, paper crafts, weaving, and writing! Stuck for ideas? The Library has a great selection of craft books and magazines for beginners looking to learn something new through to experts looking for a bit of inspo!
