About the event
Class flow:
-Optional check-in at the beginning of each class.
-Review of the basic pathways your body uses to react to stress, so you can identify when to intervene and reset. Each class will focus on an area where we hold and feel our stress.
-45 min of guided deep relaxation and release
-Optional check-in before we close
