About the event

Join this class to learn the fundamentals of all-grain beer brewing. In this hands-on course, the tutor, Tori Raikkonen, will walk you through each element of beer brewing, from ingredients, equipment, technique and production. You will pick and brew with locally grown, fresh hops, discovering the secrets behind crafting unique flavours and aromas.

Whether you’re a novice or a homebrew enthusiast looking to elevate your skills, this short course is your gateway to stepping into the world of all-grain brewing.

Please enrol here. Classes are held on Mondays and Saturdays. 

Mondays 17 and 24 June, 15 July from 6pm

Saturdays 29 June, 6 and 20 July from 10 am

Final class and bottling on Saturday, 10 August

Cost is $60.00 plus small booking fee.
