Copper Sulphate Etching Workshop

This workshop will give you an introduction to copper sulphate etching with aluminium plates and the intaglio printmaking process.

You'll use different ways to apply line and tone, and texture to the plate and print using an etching press. This process allows for painterly and gestural types of mark making and line work.

The workshop suits all levels of experience and will cover plate preparation, applying resists and etching in copper sulphate/salt solution.

$50 per person - to cover tutorial fee and materials.
